Client Spotlight - Whitney's Testimony

Shoutout to the coolest, Whitney! We wanted to share Whitney's journey with EMX not only because she is killing it, but also because she is proof that when you stay consistent and work with a team, progress and results show. Whitney was new to the gym and finding what works for her and what she enjoys in the gym has been so much fun. Finding a safe and effective routine—especially when it comes to lifting heavy—is so important, and Whitney has done a beautiful job of trusting the process.
